چکیده
هدف: امروزه حضور داوطلبان در ورزش توانسته فواید بی‌شمار فرهنگی و اقتصادی را نصیب این بخش نماید؛ هدف این تحقیق بررسی رابطه نوستالژی با حضور بیشتر داوطلبان در رویدادهای ورزشی می‌باشد.

روش شناسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی است که به روش میدانی انجام گرفته‌است. جامعه متشکل از تمامی داوطلبان در رویدادهای ورزشی است که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 312 نفر به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار PLS3 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه‌های نوستالژی هیتای چو (2014)، تعلق‌اجتماعی بیدل و محمود‌زاده (2011) و رفاه‌ذهنی برهانی و هادی‌زاده‌مقدم (2015) بود که روایی همگرا و واگرای آن توسط نرم‌افزار تایید شد؛ همچنین پایایی ترکیبی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که رابطه معنی‌داری بین نوستالژی با تعلق اجتماعی با توجه به آماره معناداری t-value برابر 543/9؛ ضریب مسیر 572/0 وجود دارد. رابطه معنی‌داری نیز بین نوستالژی با رفاه‌ذهنی با توجه به آماره معناداری t-value برابر 558/5، ضریب مسیر 386/0 بدست آمد. رابطه تعلق اجتماعی با رفاه ذهنی با توجه به آماره معناداری t-value برابر 843/5، ضریب مسیر برابر 386/0 تائید شد. همچنین تعلق اجتماعی میانجی مناسبی در رابطه نوستالژی با رفاه‌ذهنی می‌باشد.

نتیجه‌گیری: رضایت کلی داوطلبان تأثیر مثبتی بر قصد داوطلبانه آینده، انتشار کلمات مثبت در مورد داوطلبی رویدادهای ورزشی به دیگران دارد. در نتیجه، پیشنهاد می‌گردد مدیران رویدادهای ورزشی یک محیط کاری بهینه طراحی کنند که بتواند نیازهای روانی داوطلبان را برآورده کند و شیوه‌های مدیریت داوطلبانه را برای افزایش پایداری رویدادهای بزرگ بهبود بخشد.
