چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارائه مدل توسعه منابع انسانی الگوریتمی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران طراحی گردید.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر ازجمله پژوش‌های کیفی بود که به‌صورت میدانی اجرا گردید. روش کیفی مورداستفاده در پژوهش حاضر از نوع داده بنیاد بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش حاضر شامل خبرگان آگاه به موضوع پژوهش بودند. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با رویکرد انتخاب نمونه‌ همگون و درعین‌حال با رعایت حداکثر تنوع نمونه‌گیری شدند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری تعداد ۱۳ مصاحبه شکل گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های کیفی از کدگذاری با استفاده از روش گرانددتئوری نوع گلیزر به صورت کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد جهت توسعه منابع انسانی الگوریتمی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان فرایند بسترسازی، آموزش،‌ استقرار، فرهنگ‌سازی و تداوم وجود دارد که می بایستی به صورت مطلوبی عملیاتی گردد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که توجه به برخی عوامل از جمله عوامل نظارتی و ترویجی نقش حمایتی اساسی در این فرآیند دارند که می‌تواند زمینه ساز توسعه مدیریت منابع انسانی الگوریتمی گردد.

نتیجه‌گیری: دراین‌بین عوامل ترویجی ازجمله شفاف‌سازی، ابزارها و نظارت و ارزیابی و عوامل نظارتی ازجمله بانک اطلاعاتی،‌ سیستم انگیزشی، تحول مدیریتی و تعالی درونی می‌تواند نقش حمایتی در مسیر توسعه منابع انسانی الگوریتمی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان داشته باشد.
