چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مولفه‌های موثر بر مدل معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب در برگزاری رویدادهای ورزش دانشگاهی انجام شد.

پژوهش حاضر از نظر شیوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، میدانی و از نظر استفاده، بنیادی و کاربردی است. جامعة موردمطالعه، متخصصین حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی، داوطلبی و ورزش دانشگاهی بودند و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی، 19 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش اصلی گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته بود. روایی پژوهش از طریق نمایش روند تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها به متخصصین مورد تایید قرار گرفت و در خصوص تایید پایایی به ‌لحاظ روش‌شناختی و محتوایی، از دو متخصص این حوزه که هیچ ارتباطی با پژوهش نداشتند، دربارة درستی جنبه‌های مختلف پژوهش از گردآوری تا تحلیل داده‌ها نظرخواهی شد.

بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‌ها، 84 کد اولیه به دست آمدند و در پنج دسته اصلی شامل پیشرانه‌های معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب، عناصر معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب، موانع توسعه معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب، سیستم‌های راهبردی معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب و کارکردهای معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب طبقه‌بندی شدند.

به کارگیری مدل معماری منابع انسانی در مدیریت داوطلبان رویدادهای ورزش دانشگاهی، از طریق شناخت مطلوب از عناصر و پیشرانه‌های معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب، با به کارگیری سیستم‌های راهبردی معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب و تلاش برای رفع موانع توسعه معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب، می‌تواند به تحقق کارکردهای معماری منابع انسانی داوطلب برای ذینفعان رویداد منجر شود. در نهایت، با حفظ انگیزه و تعهد داوطلبان، فرآیند اجتماعی شدن داوطلبین تسهیل می‌گردد، صاحب تخصص کافی شده و حس ارزشمندی خواهند داشت.
